GALLUP — Leonard Watchman was heading south on U.S. Highway 491 shortly before noon Friday, slowing down for the traffic light up ahead at Maloney Boulevard, when his pickup was suddenly hit on the passenger side by a fast-moving 18-wheel fuel tanker truck.
